• All prices shown are weekly rates, inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity and water. (Please note that low season rentals will incur an additional charge for utilities at local rates.)
• If required, a cleaning service at the end of the rental is available at a charge of €50.
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable on arrival.
• Weekly rentals are normally Saturday – Saturday. Alternative change-over days may be available on request. Other rental periods are possible outside High Season; please contact us to discuss your requirements.
• A full set of terms and conditions will be sent out by email or post on request.
