Notes:

• Rates include electricity, water, heating, bedding & towels plus unlimited broadband internet access.
• Most clients choose to undertake their own end of rental cleaning. However, if preferred, this service is available at a cost of €50 and can be booked on arrival.
• Weekly rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday but alternative change over days may be possible outside of the Peak Summer period. Contact us with your requirements.
• We offer a Catered House Party option for 4-8 people with a half-board supplement from €30 per person per day (French style breakfast & 4 course dinner with wine).
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental cost is payable at the time of booking. The outstanding balance in Euros is due 30 days before the start of the rental period, together with a security/damages deposit of €300. Payments may be made via Paypal or by credit/debit card.
• Full terms & conditions are sent with the booking contract & are available on request.
• Tourist Tax (Taxe de Séjour): 1st May - 30th Sept : 2% of the nightly rate per person, chargeable to adults only.
